I don't know who to listen to. Every contractor has a different roofing system and they're all "the best". How do I know which one is really the best for me?
For one thing, we specialize in Flat Roofs, we know exactly how they perform, and what goes wrong to make them fail. This puts us in the best position to know what roofing system will perform best in your specific situation and to design the flaws out of every roof we do!

Why can't anyone make a Flat Roof that doesn't leak?
We can change your mind about flat roofs. A good flat roof is one that is properly installed, and with routine maintenance, will last for many years, without leaking. We've been installing flat roofs that don't leak for over 30 years.

I have a warranty on my roof, yet somehow every time someone comes out to fix my leaks, I end up getting charged because " it wasn't covered"?
If you have a warranty on any roof we install, you will not be charged one red cent if any leak develops. Our Leak Free Guarantee includes both Labor & Materials on every new roof we install, even most roof repair work we do is guaranteed by both Labor & Materials.
-
How do I determine whether to recover over my current flat roof or tear off down to the decking?
The decision to recover or tear off existing flat roofing material will influence the cost, performance, and insulating value of new roof installations. " Recovering" the existing roof significantly reduces the cost of the roof project and preserves existing insulation value. This approach often provides the best value, but can prove to be a costly mistake if certain conditions or overlooked. Building codes have long prohibited the installation of more than two layers of roofing. However, with new lightweight single ply membranes available, there are alternate valuable exceptions available. Core samples provide the information for evaluating existing roofing. Other factors can influence this critical specification, but trapped moisture is often the most important consideration when assessing the need to remove an existing flat roof.
-
If I sell my property is the Guarantee transferable?
Yes, it is insurance backed and independently administered. If you should happen to sell your property within the warranty period then simply let us know and the guarantee will be transferred into the name of the new ownership. - which is indeed added assurance to them.
-
How many years of warranty is available on new installed flat roof systems?
On a new flat roof, up to Twenty-Five (25) years of warranty is available. If this roof system is not in budget, we can often find other options to offer you a lesser warranty period at a reduced roof cost.
-
Do I have to maintain my flat roof?
All guttering and outlets of flat or pitched roofs need cleaning of leaves and debris on a regular basis to prevent blockage which can eventually cause a leak. It is also wise to examine all penetrations and seams periodically as this is where leaks normally begin.
-
How does rain and snow run off a flat roof?
The term "Flat Roof" does not mean the roof is perfectly flat. If a roof is built perfectly flat it was designed or built by someone with no experience of flat roofs. This problem can be solved with tapered insulation which will add a proper slope so proper drainage can occur.
